CONTRIBUTIONS

You may submit more than one contribution. However, only one of them will be accepted (with talks and videos taking preference). Submission of abstracts does not guarantee acceptance.
Once received, the Scientific Organising Committee will review your submissions and make a final decision about whether your contribution will be accepted or rejected by 15 February 2025.

Talks / Oral Presentations
If you wish to submit an abstract for a talk, please indicate which session theme best suits your contribution.
Abstracts for oral presentations should include a title, name, text, and may include references. The text of the abstract should be less than 500 words. Please select the "Talk" box and upload your abstract as a PDF file.

Talks may be delivered in person, virtually, or via pre-recorded video. Those selecting the pre-recorded video option should use the Video option below.

Videos

If you would like to play a video of 15 minutes or less in leu of an oral presentation, you may include either a PDF abstract of the video or provide a link to the video on YouTube or Vimeo, ensuring we have access to view it. If you submit a written abstract, you must provide the final video as a link to YouTube or Vimeo by 15 May 2025. If you are presenting the video virtually, you need only to pay the registration for virtual attendance. You are showing the video and are attending in-person, you must pay the "in person" attendance fee. Videos can only be presented by paid attendees (in-person or virtual).

If you play a video as part of your oral presentation, please do not use this option.

Posters

Attendees are invited to submit a poster for display at the meeting. Abstracts for posters are required at the same time as abstracts for talks and should be < 500 words in length (excluding title and references). It will be your responsibility to bring your poster for display at the symposium. We do not print posters for attendees.

Posters will only be displayed if one of the authors is a paid attendee.
